Coaching

As previously mentioned, one of my passions and goals in life is to help others achieve theirs. I channel this through teaching architecture and coaching triathlon. I find my coaching is far more than delivering a plan, and I've helped people find balance in their lives, and use fitness as an asset to feed their daily activity rather than something people feel they have to, or just 'want' to do. I set up Entire Performance Coaching to facilitate this passion, and it's grown into something I'm hugely proud of.

Youtube

Another way that I channel and utilise my 7 years' worth of an Architectural design course, is to talk through my learnings on youtube. I put myself through the torturous event of speaking to the camera to up-skill myself in video editing and talking to an audience... even if they aren't immediately there. It keeps me on my toes and I feel adds a lot of value to others. Check it out below if you fancy some visual content of what I get up to on a day to day 🙌🏻
